Description JOB SUMMARY: Ensure effective operation of the healthcare IT systems, software, and databases. Support the telecommunications environment, including all networks, globally as well as at the individual server level. Assists Helpdesk with higher level troubleshooting. Provides guidance to the Associate Network Administrator/DBA. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Maintain network standards to attain a high degree of system integrity. - Support all aspects of the day-to-day Network Environment to include but not limited to: - Configuration of hardware such as servers - Upgrade, repair, and maintenance of individual corporate networks - Troubleshoot various network issues - Provide technical assistance in complex application-based programming projects - Maintain backup processes for all system servers. - Maintain and update backup process documentation. - Ensure status of all system and server licenses remain current, update as necessary, continuously review for best pricing. - Support all Networked aspects of Clinics outside entities MedPro, etc. - Other duties as assigned.
