ADP is seeking a Senior Counsel, Retirement Services The successful candidate will provide operational, regulatory and contractual legal guidance to the business unit relating to all ADP Retirement Services products, services and client companies. Provides advice and support on a wide variety of legal matters to Retirement Services management and staff, with a focus on developing and representing a legal perspective in the resolution of client disputes and escalations. This position will also focus on providing advice regarding regulated entities of Retirement Services (including ADP Strategic Plan Services, a registered investment advisor, and ADP Retirement Trust Services, a NH-state chartered trust company). You will engage with a number of business and legal subject matter experts in order to collaborate on optimal solutions.
