This position is responsible for performing maintenance, grounds upkeep and some technical functions throughout the community. Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Maintenance Tech: - Exemplify at all times Community standards of professionalism and standard technical practices. - Responsible for performing a variety of maintenance functions to maintain a functional, safe environment to meet the needs of residents. - On - Call every other weekend for emergency maintenance needs. You will be compensated for being on call and a paid 8hr day off in the week for this.
