Boston Community Hub Schools Coordinator Department: Social Responsibility: Employment Type: Full Time: Location: Boston Community Hub Schools: Reporting To: Joanne Gomes: Compensation: $89,916 - $97,732 / year Description: The Boston Community Hub School (Hub School) Coordinator is a school-based position responsible for working closely with the school administrative teams to strategically organize the assets and resources of the school community and it’s many collaborators (students, families, school leadership, teachers, staff and partners) in service of students’ individual and collective academic success and wellbeing. Hub School Coordinators should be asset-based in their approach to supporting the success of students and the school community, seeking first to understand the inherent talents and cultural wealth of the community.
