Your Work Matters The Manager, Organic Social Content and Engagement, is the brand's community builder and storyteller — responsible for growing Floor & Decor's presence across platforms by creating memorable and engaging content that inspires homeowners and earns the trust of design professionals, contractors, and installers. You will strengthen awareness and perception of Floor & Decor's unique value: the widest in-stock selection, expert guidance, and the ability to make the remarkable feel attainable. This role reports to the head of Content Strategy and collaborates closely with Creative, Content, PR, Lifecycle, Brand Marketing, Pro Marketing, Digital Experience, Customer Care, and Paid Media. You’ll Be Successful With: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or Digital Media; equivalent professional experience considered. 5–7 years of organic social media management experience; at least 3 years owning channel strategy and KPIs in a brand-side role. Demonstrated experience with both B2C and B2B social audiences; experience reaching trade, contractor, or design professional audiences strongly preferred.
