Overview: Celanese is expanding its Manufacturing Digital program and is seeking a Digital Manufacturing Enablement & Communications Specialist to drive awareness, adoption, and sustained value of digital capabilities across global manufacturing sites. This role leads communications, marketing & branding, adoption support, and training enablement efforts that ensure manufacturing leaders, operators, and support teams understand why digital solutions matter, how to use them, and where to engage. The role partners closely with the Celanese Training organization, Digital Manufacturing product and deployment teams, and site stakeholders to deliver consistent messaging, role-based learning, and strong program visibility. This is a non-engineering role focused on enablement, communications, and internal program marketing.
