Description ROOTS OCEAN PRIME (PRINCETON, NJ), part of Harvest Restaurants, is seeking experienced part time or full time BARTENDERS! We are looking for individuals who are friendly, energetic and highly motivated, who thrive in a team setting! A slight variation of our Roots Concept which operates in Summit, Morristown, and Ridgewood, offering an impressive menu of the freshest local seafood, prime cuts of steaks, vegetarian dishes, signature cocktails, award-winning wine list, and genuine hospitality. GOALS: - To exceed our guests’s exceptions by providing them with the highest level of consistent, professional and courteous service. - To promote teamwork within the restaurant creating a positive work environment. - To properly execute all necessary steps of service. - Ensure the highest level of cleanliness and organization at all times. - Provide exemplary customer service to all guests by applying knowledge of food and beverage menus. - Reporting on time and in proper uniform, always clocking in and out as required of all employees. - To respond positively to guests requests.
