THE ROLE: The EMEA Recruitment team plays a key role in attracting exceptional talent to our Engineering organization and corporate functions across the region. As a University Recruiter, you will lead the full-cycle recruitment process for student and early-career hiring, helping shape the next generation of talent at Everpure. In this role, you will build strong partnerships with top universities, represent Everpure at campus recruiting events, and create engaging student meetups and talent programs that strengthen our employer brand. Beyond university hiring season, you will also manage a portfolio of professional hiring requisitions, giving you the opportunity to make a broad impact across the business.
