The Division of Neonatal and Developmental Medicine in the Department of Pediatrics at Stanford University seeks a Division Chief to join the Department as an Associate Professor or Professor in the University Tenure or University Medical Line. Stanford University School of Medicine is seeking an outstanding academic neonatologist to serve as the Chief of the Division of Neonatal and Developmental Medicine within the Department of Pediatrics, and Co-Director of the Johnson Center for Pregnancy and Newborn Services, the entity within Stanford Medicine Children’s Health (SMCH) that oversees and coordinates all care for pregnant women and newborn babies at Stanford. The Division of Neonatal and Developmental Medicine provides state-of-the-art care for premature and sick newborn infants, conducts investigations to advance clinical diagnosis and treatment, and trains physicians and researchers to become leaders in those pursuits. The scope of our clinical services and scientific endeavors extends from fetal development through birth and postnatal care to long-term follow up.
