Position Summary Osmose is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our Enterprise Project Management Office (PMO) and support enterprise-level initiatives following a large-scale organizational transformation. This role is a critical contributor within the PMO, responsible for driving clarity, alignment, and execution across a high-volume portfolio of initiatives spanning multiple business and technology domains. The Senior Business Analyst will work closely with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and technical delivery teams to elicit, analyze, and translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements that enable successful solution delivery. This is a high-visibility, fast-paced role with significant opportunity to influence enterprise solutions and help shape PMO processes, standards, and practices.
