Key Responsibilities: Operational Management: - Oversee daily operations of the cafe, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. - Ensure that all health, safety, and food safety regulations are adhered to. - Manage inventory levels, placing orders, and tracking supplies to avoid shortages or waste. Staff Management: - Recruit, train, and supervise staff, including baristas, servers, and kitchen employees. - Develop and schedule staff rosters to ensure proper coverage during peak hours. - Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback, motivation, and guidance for career development.
