About the Role & Team Formalize is building the leading European platform for Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC). As part of our next growth phase, we are strengthening our partner-led go-to-market strategy in the France BeNeLux region. We are looking for a Partner Manager to build, structure, and scale an enterprise-grade advisory and audit partner ecosystem. This role is critical to our success in the France and BeNeLux region and will focus on partnerships with audit firms, advisory consultancies, legal and compliance specialists, and selected boutique partners. You will work closely with partner- and director-level stakeholders on the partner side, and with Sales, Product, and Leadership internally, to drive pipeline, credibility, and long-term strategic alignment in a highly regulated market. This is not a transactional channel role - it is a strategic and revenue-relevant partnerships position.
