Location Brooklyn, New York Shift: Rotating (United States of America) Description: Patient Services Facilitator – Day and Evening Shifts In this role, you have an exciting hands-on opportunity to provide centralized and consistent resources to patients, families and staff thereby enhancing communication, increasing patient satisfaction and promoting the patient/family experience. You will be responsible for setting the stage for the patient experience, by professionally and efficiently provide patients and visitors with unparalleled customer service in keeping with NewYork-Presbyterian’s goal of “We put Patients First.” You will have a direct positive impact on patient care by advocating on behalf of patients, family and interested parties to ensure patient rights are up-held. Additionally, you will act as liaison/mediator between and among patients, family, staff and others to pre-actively enhance communication, resolve conflicts and solve problems. This is a full-time day and evening shift role including day shifts 9:00am-5:00pm and evening shifts 12:00pm-8:00pm and 3:00pm-11:00pm, as well as weeknds and holidays, located at the NewYork-Presbyterian/Brooklyn Methodist Hospital....
