Location : Gava, Spain Travel: 30-35% Job Type : full-time; hybrid (4d on site, 1d remote) The Global Strategic Marketing Director, Beauty & Home is accountable for the execution of strategic marketing direction and the operational leadership of the Strategic Marketing function for the Beauty & Home business globally. The role drives profitable and sustainable growth by developing and implementing comprehensive segment strategies that achieve targeted market positioning. Through deep understanding of market dynamics, customer requirements, and end ‑ consumer needs, the Director develops value ‑ based strategies that leverage the full breadth of Lubrizol’s capabilities across commercial, technical, and operational functions. This role leads global strategic marketing execution through a matrixed network of regional, technical, and commercial partners, ensuring alignment from strategy definition through seamless execution.
