QA Manager (m/f) Stefanowo (near Warsaw): The QA Manager is a key leadership role within the fast-paced manufacturing environment at McCormick Stefanowo Plant, operating both wet and dry production processes. Reporting directly to the QA Director, this position is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and food safety across raw materials, semi-finished, and finished products. Leading and developing the local Quality team, the QA Manager drives continuous improvement, strengthens quality culture, and partners cross-functionally to support operational excellence. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES #LI-DNI: - Lead and develop the site QA team, ensuring high performance and capability growth - Oversee and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) - Ensure compliance with food safety standards (e.g., BRC, IFS, HACCP) and regulatory requirements - Manage internal and external audits, including customer and certification audits - Drive root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) - Partner with Production, Supply Chain, and Technical teams to improve quality performance and reduce non-conformities - Monitor KPIs related to quality, food safety, compla...
