Job Summary: Responsible for supporting White Cap’s digital and e-commerce efforts by working closely with customers, internal teams, and technology platforms. Manages e-quotes, keeping product catalogs accurate, supporting tools like Optimizely, punchout setups, and Oracle order processing . Assists customers with using digital solutions efficiently, solves issues quickly, and works with different teams to ensure a seamless process from quote to delivery. Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities Guides new customers through connected commerce platform setup for a smooth activation. Coordinates punchout setups with internal teams and customer IT contacts. Provides daily service for integrated accounts, resolve issues, and escalate when needed.
