Location: 2727 N Central Ave, Phoenix, Arizona 85004 United States of America Position Overview: The U-Haul University Intern will support the development and continuous improvement of educational content across the organization. This role focuses on reviewing existing courses to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency in grammar, tone, and overall instructional quality. The intern will play a key role in enhancing the learner experience by helping ensure all educational materials meet U-Haul University standards. As time and experience allow, the intern may also contribute to building and developing new course content. Key Responsibilities: · Review U-Haul University courses for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and overall readability · Evaluate educational content for clarity, accuracy, and alignment with U-Haul terminology and standards · Provide feedback on course flow, structure, and overall learning experience · Identify outdated or unclear content and recommend updates or improvements · Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to implement revisions · Assist in maintaining course quality checklists and review processes · Configure quiz questions f...
