POSITION TITLE: PAYROLL ANALYST: REPORTS TO: DIVISIONAL HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER: SUMMARY: The Payroll Analyst is responsible for leveraging data analytics to identify opportunities and drive initiatives that enhance operational excellence, while also providing operational assistance and processing payroll. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Process bi-weekly/weekly payroll using ADP platform. - Process changes to employee records in ADP. - Provide analytical reports to assist operations. - Audit payroll data: research, evaluate, and ensure payroll issues and discrepancies are resolved promptly. - Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations. - Prepare and maintain payroll records. - Drive initiatives that enhance operational excellence across the organization. - Assist in the development of new processes and procedures. - Serve as a resource and liaison between departments, employees, HR Business Partners, Controllers, and other internal or external groups. - Expected to quickly reprioritize work in order to minimize liability exposure for Pratt and its employees. - Special projects and additional duties will be assigned on a regular basi...
