Engineering Technicians II are responsible for performing assignments under minimal supervision and are responsible for maintaining all equipment, installations, fixtures, construction, and all related components as directed. Position Functions: Essential Functions: - Assist with the repair and maintenance of CRCR, outbuildings, and vehicles. - Perform groundskeeping and landscaping tasks. - Perform minor construction, painting, plumbing, general carpentry, and installation of electrical circuitry. - Maintain all electrical tools and maintenance equipment. - Assist with preventative maintenance projects as assigned. - Perform plumbing tasks, installing drainage pipes, and clearing clogs. - Respond to all internal and external Guest complaints promptly and efficiently to avoid Guest inconvenience and discomfort. - Perform all assigned t...
