Senior Product Manager – Warehouse Platform (12 Mo FTC)

Job description

Summary This role will be critical to delivering the End ‑ to ‑ End Transformation of our supply chain technology, ensuring our Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) enable growth, resilience and operational excellence across M&S. As a Senior Product Manager, you will own the strategic direction of our WMS products, leading complex, business ‑ critical platforms used across distribution and fulfilment operations. You will act as the voice of the customer and colleague at the intersection of operations, technology and business strategy. You will define a compelling product vision and roadmap that supports volume growth, automation, efficiency and future ways of working. Working in partnership with Engineering, Architecture and Supply Chain and Logistics leadership, you will prioritise investment to maximise operational value, ensuring solutions are valuable, viable, usable and feasible for the business. You will also play a key role in developing Product Management maturity, providing leadership, coaching and thought leadership across the community.
