At Varco Home Health, you’ll provide one-on-one therapy support in patients’ homes , helping them improve mobility, regain independence, and enhance their quality of life. This PRN position offers a flexible schedule, making it ideal for PTAs seeking work-life balance or additional income . What You’ll Do: - Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a Physical Therapist - Assist patients with exercises to improve strength, mobility, and balance - Monitor patient progress and report changes to the supervising PT - Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety - Document visits accurately and in a timely manner - Support patient goals and functional independence What We’re Looking For: - Active Texas PTA license (required) - Home health experience preferred - Strong communication and patient care skills - Ability to work independently in a home setting - Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license - Kinnser/WellSky EMR experience (preferred) Pay & Perks: - Up to $50 per visit - Flexible, self-managed schedule - Independence in the field - Meaningful, patient-focused care - Consistent patient volume available Work Location: Apply today and...
