SENIOR ENGAGEMENT TASK LEAD

Job description

Responsibilities Provide senior task-level leadership for Senior Military Engagement Program (SMEP) engagement activities across CCMDs. Ensure sustained support, enable flexible personnel movement to meet shifting priorities, and coordinate SMEP implementation and stakeholder engagement across theaters. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as principal lead for SMEP engagement across CCMDs; manage personnel allocation and movement based on evolving priorities. - Ensure contractor-provided support is responsive to CCMD requirements and maintains continuity throughout performance period. - Coordinate with CCMD/TSOC/J39 stakeholders to align SMEP activities with theater objectives and policies. - Provide program/project management oversight, schedule and task tracking, risk identification/mitigation, and status reporting. - Plan, convene, and support conferences, working groups, and high-level engagement events as required. - Prepare and present decision-grade briefings, reports, and recommendations for senior leadership. - Maintain quality assurance of deliverables and mentor subordinate task leads and teams.
