In this role, you will be responsible for driving development processes, building high-performing teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of software solutions that support the evolving needs of the energy sector. You will play a critical leadership role, working closely with Product Management, Sales, and Support functions to align priorities, maximize synergies, and deliver high-quality, scalable solutions to the market. As Head of Development, you will own and drive software development across all teams, applications, and services within the Distribution department.
