A Day in the Life: We are seeking a Sales Program Manager to support Medtronic’s rapidly expanding Hard Tissue Capital portfolio, a critical growth engine for the ACEE Region. This role offers the opportunity to shape how capital systems are positioned, sold, and deployed across diverse markets. Candidates will join a team driving strategic execution behind a capital‑enabled growth model that is central to Medtronic’s long‑term commercial acceleration. This position operates in a highly collaborative environment and may require periodic travel to customer sites, regional meetings, and cross‑functional planning sessions. The role reports into the ACEE Capital Leader and works closely with marketing, T&E, and Regional Capital Leaders to ensure disciplined execution of the Pan‑Medtronic capital strategy.
