What you will do: As part of the Tony’s Product R&D team, your main goal is to develop new products for innovation and renovation projects, in order to develop the global Tony's product portfolio, as Tony’s products are the driving force behind commercial success, profitable growth, and impact. You make sure we develop products in the product segments Bars, Seasonal, Gifting & Bitesize that surprise and delight, and lead the technical development process from briefing to kitchen, to launch (first production)- on time, on brief and meeting Tony’s product principles and quality standards.
