Overview Location: On-site at our Aurora, CO campus ( no remote/hybrid option) Position: Graduate Employment Specialist Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm with the occasional evenings/weekends Pay Range: $23 - $27/hr, DOEThe Graduate Employment Specialist (GES) at our Aurora, CO campus plays a key role in helping students and graduates successfully transition into their careers. This position builds strong relationships with learners and employer partners to create effective job matches, support career readiness, and ensure employment benchmarks are met. The GES provides high‑quality coaching, guidance, and resources for our healthcare students throughout the job search process, while maintaining accurate placement documentation. This role also supports daily department operations and contributes to a positive, mission‑driven campus environment aligned with Concorde’s core values of integrity, respect, teamwork, service, and achievement.
