Job description

The Dealer will create and maintain a fun, entertaining, party atmosphere for extended periods of time while dealing various table games. Will provide the best service experience for customers. DIRECTLY SUPERVISES: None: KEY JOB FUNCTIONS: - Greet each guest with a bright, genuine smile and enthusiastic verbal greeting - Control pace of the game and inform the Table Games Supervisor/ Dual Rate Table Games Supervisor of any request or unusual play - Generate fun and excitement at all times - Exchange cash for gaming chips according to established procedures - Responsible for game protection and game control. - Know and abide by Indiana Gaming Commission Regulations, approved internal controls and company policies and procedures QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Proof of experience as a dealer with a licensed casino or completion of an approved training course in card and dice games. Well-developed interpersonal skills.
