Water/Wastewater Project Manager

RK&K is seeking an experienced Water/Wastewater Project Manager to support and expand our municipal practice in Western Pennsylvania, with a strong emphasis on water and wastewater conveyance systems and pump stations. This role is well suited for a motivated professional who excels at building client relationships, pursuing and winning work, and leading the delivery of technically sound infrastructure projects. Essential Functions: - Build, maintain, and grow strong relationships with municipal and utility clients throughout Western Pennsylvania - Identify, pursue, and win new projects focused on water and wastewater conveyance systems, including pump stations, force mains, gravity sewers, and related infrastructure - Lead and actively participate in the planning, design, and delivery of conveyance and pumping projects - Manage project scopes, schedules, budgets, and quality control from planning through construction - Serve as a technical and project leader, coordinating with internal multidiscipline teams, subconsultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies - Provide construction phase engineering services, including RFIs, submittal reviews, field coordination, and troubleshoot...
