For experienced HVAC controls and building automation technicians, this role is about passing down the knowledge that keeps buildings running efficiently. You’ll work directly with students and systems—turning real-world experience into real capability. What You’ll Do: This is hands-on leadership—not classroom theory. - Teach hands-on troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance of HVAC controls and building automation systems (BAS) - Demonstrate real-world diagnostics, safe work practices, and industry standards - Guide students through a structured, hands-on training model that moves from system setup and BAS fundamentals to equipment application and real-world troubleshooting Train students on systems including: - DDC controls and BAS platforms - Sensors, actuators, and control wiring - HVAC system integration (air handlers, chillers, VFDs, VAVs) - Basic networking and communication protocols (BACnet, Modbus) - Coach students through live tasks, labs, and field-style problem solving - Track progress and provide clear, pr...
