Job description

The Associate Attorney – Litigation is responsible for controlled execution of civil litigation matters within established legal, procedural, and financial frameworks. This role carries direct exposure to deadline compliance, billed production, and case progression, and operates within defined governance standards to ensure consistent, defensible legal outcomes and realized revenue generation. Core Accountabilities: 1. Litigation Execution Control Accountable for the accurate and timely execution of assigned litigation work within procedural and legal standards. This includes accountability for: Drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery responses Conducting legal research aligned with case requirements Preparing case summaries and recommendations: Ensuring all filings meet court requirements and deadlines Maintaining accuracy and completeness of legal documents Executing assigned work without procedural deviation 2. Deadline & Risk Management Accountable for maintaining strict control over case deadlines and procedural requirements to prevent legal exposure.
