Description We are hiring for a Full-Time Store Supervisor to join one of our exciting stores based in Leeds, White Rose Shopping Centre. Please note: this is a full-time role, working 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will be expected to be flexible across Monday - Sunday. The Role: As a Store Supervisor, you will support the Store Manager in delivering an exceptional in-store experience. You will lead by example on the shop floor, coach and develop the team, and ensure day-to-day store operations run smoothly. Your focus will be to drive sales, maintain high standards of customer service and visual merchandising, and help the team achieve store targets. You will be responsible for supervising Sales Assistants, resolving customer queries and issues, and ensuring company policies and procedures are followed.
