POSITION SUMMARY: This position acts as the point of contact for any issues or concerns that may occur in the laboratory from the Formulation team. This position is responsible for supervising Formulation Technicians by providing day to day guidance and performance feedback. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Supervises Formulation team members by providing day to day guidance and performance feedback - Coordinates daily routine work for Formulation Technicians and ensures that duties are clearly defined and understood by team members. - Serves as the point of contact for Formulation team within the lab - Initiates deviation and non-conformance reports as needed with guidance from the Supervisor - Leads training for Formulation Technicians to ensure they are fully proficient in manufacturing processes before working independently - Troubleshoots automated equipment used to produce reagents, including label printers, pipettes, and automated vialing/lyophilizing equipment - May participate in inventory control by issuing or completing materials to work orders - Reviews Formulation team records to ensure accuracy prior to manufacturing products - Coordinates manufacturing of customer cont...
