Opportunity The Context: About a year ago, we started a small, independent team inside ILIAS Solutions. No big legacy. No heavy structure. Just a few people, a lot of ideas, and the freedom to build things the right way. That team is still small. Still young. And that’s exactly why this role matters. Your mission: The Kind of Person We’re Looking For You don’t need 5+ years of corporate experience. But you do need to have spent a lot of time actually building things. We’re looking for someone who: If your GitHub tells a better story than your CV, you’re exactly who we want to talk to. - Has built projects outside of school or work (and can show them) - Has some real-world experience (internship, freelance, first job…) - Gets energy from turning ideas into working software - Cares about doing things well, not just making them work What You’ll Be Doing: You’ll be working on real products, used by real users, at real scale.
