Job description

Position Summary: The Director, Project Management is a key member of the Capital Projects Reinvestment team, responsible for overseeing the development of capital projects related to building infrastructure and associated work, ensuring company processes, policies, and applicable laws are followed, and facilitating quality coaching and training of team members. The Reinvestment Project Management team collaborates with stakeholders across departments to lead and coordinate projects from conception through completion, including vision, scope, budgeting, underwriting, approvals, scheduling, and final product oversight. Key Responsibilities: - Provide leadership to a team of one to four direct reports. - Coordinate with internal stakeholders to determine project needs and priorities. Lead the development of project documents, coordinating third party design teams from schematic design through construction documents.
