General Function: - Ensure program management personnel possess deep knowledge of DoDI 5000.02 and 5000.75 acquisition policies and procedures. - Require self-sufficient performance across all Program Work Statement (PWS) tasks in support of Directorate missions. - Apply program management expertise to FMS and USAF systems in procurement, post-award, and lifecycle logistics management. - Utilize qualitative and quantitative methods to evaluate effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity of acquisition programs. - Assist program managers in assessing cost and schedul...
