Job Summary: The CPQ Application Developer & Support Specialist is responsible for collecting requirements, design, development, testing, implementing and support of Configure, Price and Quote (CPQ) solutions throughout the enterprise. This role will require working with Sales Operations, Product Offering Managers, and Engineers to capture the configuration requirements associated with different products and services to better understand the needs of the business and implement best-in-class CPQ solutions. The ideal candidate should have prior multiple implementation experiences of Oracle CPQ (BigMachines) system or equivalent, demonstrate strong technical skills, an understanding of business processes, a focus on user experience improvement, and a drive to improve sales effectiveness and efficiency through implementation and maintenance of Vertiv’s CPQ system.
