Role: Hub Home Provider: Location: Unley, SA Employment Type: Part-time Max-term until 30th June 2027 The purpose of a Hub Home Provider is to provide support services to satellite families participating in Life Without Barrier's Mockingbird Family Constellation. The incumbent is key in the development of a healthy community of foster and kinship carers focused on the health, safety, growth and permanence of participating children and young people. This will include providing support to foster and kinship carers while enabling self-care that promotes healthy retention of carers. The incumbent resides in a house that is conducive and appropriate to provide support to Satellite families participating in the constellation.
