The Philadelphia office of Cozen O’Connor is seeking a skilled Full Stack Engineer with expertise across .NET development and the Microsoft AI ecosystem. This role combines traditional .NET application development with the design and deployment of intelligent agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI services. You will build and maintain full-stack .NET applications, develop Copilot Studio agents integrated with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365, and contribute to Azure OpenAI-powered workflows that serve the firm’s legal professionals. The position sits within the Development Operations team and spans both the core application portfolio and an emerging AI services layer.
