Job description

Your mission: - Create a single, reliable view of lab work demand, project pipeline, proposal workload and delivery capacity across Proteros' departments, acting as the central focal point for cross-functional resource planning. - Consolidate demand and capacity information from department heads and scientific teams into one integrated planning view. - Prepare and run a regular weekly cross-functional "Front end meeting" to triage and match incoming RFQs and ongoing proposals with available scientific and PM capacity. - Govern RFQ and proposal prioritisation when capacity is limited. - Prepare weekly resource allocation meetings managed by department heads and maintain a 2-to-6-week view of PM and scientist capacity in each department. - Act as single point of contact for allocation decisions between departments and functions. - Proactively propose allocation decisions based on business requirements and facilitate escalation to senior management in case of difficult trade-offs between competing priorities. - Drive continuous improvement and development of tools, templates and planning routines for short- and long-term capacity planning. - Implement and further develop tools, templa...
