As the Deli Manager, you will play a critical role in achieving departmental goals related to sales, profitability, food quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. This role is also responsible for developing a high-performing team, managing product preparation and inventory, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment. Duties & Responsibilities: Leadership & Team Management: Lead, train, and develop a team of deli associates in line with company standards. Delegate tasks effectively to ensure smooth department operations. Create and manage weekly staff schedules within budgeted labor guidelines.
