The ideal candidate will have five to ten years of management experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in an industrial facility or maintenance management in a sheet metal/manufacturing facility and have a proven history of team development and Lean Manufacturing along with working knowledge of controls and automation. Responsibilities: Manage the maintenance department. Troubleshoot and oversee diagnostics and repair of controls and automation. Ensure that all equipment and facility resources are continuously upgraded and available for use. Ensure that mechanics and technicians are properly trained for new or evolving technologies. Coordinate execution of all work orders and evaluation of the finished work. Manage the preventative maintenance system for the operation. Identify and promote Lean initiatives.
