As the Quality and Service Solutions Leader you will define, develop, and implement strategic plans that focus on removing supply chain inefficiencies through continuous improvement processes, innovation, and application of new and existing supply chain solutions. In this role you will assist the sales organization in the identification, development, presentation and the coordination of projects related to these service solutions with customers. In this role you will: - Maintain and upgrade district hardware/software per IT standards; replace defective equipment and manage user access. - Track and manage inventory of leased/owned IT assets; coordinate equipment returns and installations. - Provide technical support and training to district, branch, and field staff; resolve escalated issues and recommend solutions. - Ensure secure, clean environments for data and communications hardware; maintain system security and updates. - Support print/scan, wireless, mobility, and voice infrastructure. - Configure and maintain hardware/software for new, existing, and closing locations; document work and site layouts. - Identify and implement process improvements through auto...
