Job Title: Summer Maintenance FLSA Status : Full-Time - non-exempt Reports to: Camp Director Schedule: 40 hours: Supervises: n/a: Rate of Pay : $375.00 weekly Closing Date: 3/26/2026: Benefits : Temporary Full-time, Non-Exempt employees are eligible for but not limited to the following: Function: The summer maintenance position reports to the Camp Director, and under the direction of the Property Director to assist with the overall upkeep of all High Peak Camp property and maintenance needs. They work to maintain the grounds, buildings, assist with summer program preparation, and the care of camp vehicles (if applicable). At times this position may help with summer camp programming or housekeeping duties. - Sick leave benefit – 1 day per month, 12 sick days per year (accrual and availability begins at hire; sick time accrual is pro-rated for part-time hours.)
