Role Summary The Senior Business Analyst (AVP) – Trading IT is responsible for end‑to‑end ownership of business analysis and functional design supporting front‑office and middle‑office trading platforms across asset classes, including OTC derivatives, FX, Fixed Income, Equities, TRS, and EMS/OMS solutions . This role acts as a trusted delivery partner to Trading, Product, Risk, Operations, and Technology , translating complex trading workflows into scalable, resilient technology solutions while ensuring production stability and delivery execution. Key Responsibilities: Business Analysis & Functional Leadership: - Own end‑to‑end business analysis for Trading IT initiatives, from requirements discovery through functional design, testing, and production rollout. - Lead analysis for complex trading and lifecycle workflows , including: - Order capture, enrichment, routing - Trade execution, confirmation, booking - Lifecycle events (rolls, resets, coupons, corporate actions) - Produce high‑quality BRDs, functional specifications, workflow diagrams, and data models suitable for multi‑team delivery.
