Benefits: Easterseals MORC is seeking an experienced and licensed BCBA to join our Intensive Services program —a short-term stabilization service designed to support children, adults, and families experiencing significant behavioral or mental health crises. This role is primarily home- and community-based (with telehealth as needed) and focuses on parent education, crisis prevention, and intensive behavior support. The ideal candidate will have at least four years of BCBA experience , a Master’s degree in a related field , and a strong background in conducting FBAs and developing Behavior Intervention Plans for individuals with high-intensity needs and co-occurring diagnoses such as ASD, ODD, ADHD, or trauma-related disorders.
