Job DetailsJob Location: Atlanta, GA 30346The Premium Communications and Engagement Platform Product Owner is responsible for defining and executing the roadmap for Meridian’s Interactive Voice Response (IVR), Online Chat and text message solutions. This role partners closely with fellow Product Managers/Product Owners, Engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver value across multiple Scrum teams. This position balances strategic thinking with hands-on execution—connecting enterprise priorities to day-to-day product decisions while fostering collaboration, innovation, and clarity across teams. What You’ll Do: Product Roadmap and Prioritization: Define, prioritize, and manage a roadmap across multiple Scrum teams, ensuring alignment to value, feasibility, and business impact. Author and govern epic hypothesis statements, lean business cases, and acceptance criteria.
