Division: Gastroenterology, Hepatology, & Nutrition Description of role: Location: Burnett campus only Patient population: inpatient primary provider for patients with general GI conditions and in need of intestinal rehabilitation. Plan for inpatient consult coverage after ~ two years of experience as primary provider for GI services Experience or new graduate: Nurse Practitioner and/or Physician Assistant New Grads welcome. Experience preferred. Qualifications: · Certification-FNP, Acute Care, Primary Care, etc. *if FNP or primary care MUST have recent experience as inpatient RN or provider · Specialty experience preferred Schedule: · Shift length: 12 hours · Either rotating shifts with up to 50% nights or will strongly consider applicant interest in 100% nights schedule · Holidays · Weekends · NO call JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Patient Care- Perform history and/or physical exams on patients presenting for care in area of expertise.
