Saab Naval Security Department is looking for a Head of Personnel Security. Personnel Security at Naval is responsible for the personnel and travel security process within the business area. As Manager, you will report to Head of Security and lead a team of Security Generalists and Specialists. You will in this role develop, implement and maintain processes, methods and tools for the area personnel security. You will represent Naval Security in several forums at Saab and cooperate closely within the Naval Security Management Team as well as working with other relevant functions, such as HR, Group Functions and our business operations.
