Do you enjoy combining hands-on system work with continuous improvement? Are you motivated by building strong internal capability and making everyday HR processes work better for the business? We are looking for an HRIS Specialist to join GlobalConnects People Center of Excellence. In this role, you will help strengthen how we manage, improve, and support key HR systems, with SAP SuccessFactors as the main platform. You will work closely with HR, managers, and IT, and play an important role in making our HR application landscape more effective, reliable, and easier to work with. What you need to succeed Several years of hands-on experience working with SAP SuccessFactors HR modules in a superuser, specialist, or consultant capacity Experience with light system configuration, permissions, data updates, testing, and ongoing system improvements Good understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle and how they are supported in HR systems Experience identifying improvements, supporting updates and releases, and helping the business get more value from existing systems Confidence working closely with HR, managers, and IT to solve issues and move changes forward About the role...
