Director, Marketing Change Enablement (DMP Strategy) Location: Remote – European Time Zones (CET). Candidates must be based in and eligible to work from a Randstad operating country within the CET band (e.g., The Netherlands, Germany, UK, Spain). Working Conditions: This is a remote/hybrid role requiring full availability during Central European Time (CET) business hours to support our global marketing organization. Role Summary: We are seeking a Director of Marketing Change Enablement to lead the global transition from traditional, relationship-based marketing to a digital-first, data-driven ecosystem. You will be the primary architect for the successful launch, adoption, and operationalization of our Digital Market Place (DMP) , enabling hyper-personalized customer experiences at scale.
